Dr. Alejandrina Sacchi was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She atended to the Faculty of Medicine at the University of Buenos Aires for seven years and graduated as a Medical Doctor in 1994.
Then se had formal training in Pediatric Specialty as a resident for 3 years in the Hospital Frances, Buenos Aires, after that, she decided to continue on a residency for Intensive Pediatric Care for three more years at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of the Famous tertiary Hospital Fundacion Favaloro. Se had a permanent job in the critical care area for 5 years.
Then she decided to go on a specialty in Pediatric cardiology also at the Fundacion Favaloro in Buenos Aires, where she had the opportunity to become a staff member of the most recognized cardiovascular team in South America.
She accounts for a seven year-experience in treating critically ill children, specially, those with cardiac conditions and those who underwent cardiac surgery and course a critical perioperative period.
She also has experience providing Intensive Care to children after a solid organ transplant. In 2007, she moved to Mexico and has validated all of her university diplomas, certifications, and medical license.
Then she took the exams and certification tests that the Mexican Ministry of Health asks as a requisite to practice in a private basis. So, she is now certified as a Pediatrician and as an Intensive Care Pediatrician.
- Pediatrics, in the Hospital Frances (French Hospital) of Buenos Aires, from 1995 to 1999
- Intensive Pediatric Medicine, at the Hospital Francés of Buenos Aires, from 1999 to 2001
- Pediatric Cardiology, at the Fundación Favaloro of Buenos Aires, which is one of the most large cardiovascular tertiary centers of Latin America, from 2004 to 2006
- General Pediatric Consultation.
- Pediatric Intensive Care at the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) of the Hospital Angeles de Ciudad Juarez.
